Storm WOD (Intermediate to Advanced)
Storm WOD is designed to improve an athlete’s performance and it provides the opportunity to maximise an athlete’s physical qualities for their sport. To this end, the primary strength and conditioning objective of Storm WOD is injury prevention, followed by performance enhancement.
We target specific physical qualities or imbalances when needed and provide progression and individualisation for maximum results fast combined in a long term overall plan for the athlete.
Our programming combines elements of strength lifting compound movements with cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, flexibility, co-ordination, agility, balance, and accuracy, using a combination of fast-paced functional movements where needed.
