STORM AFTER BURN “HIIT”
Storm After Burn HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you go all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
A typical Storm After Burn HIIT session lasts no longer than 30 minutes not including cool down, so we have you covered if you’ve just had one of those days and missed your regular session but you don’t want to go without getting a training session in.
